Police arrest four robbery suspects, recover stolen vehicle in Nasarawa

The police in Nasarawa State have apprehended four individuals suspected of being involved in armed robbery and have successfully retrieved a stolen vehicle. According to a statement from the Police Public Relations Officer of the Command, Deputy Superintendent of Police Ramhan Nansel, the suspects, identified as Salim Hussaini, Abdulkadir Musa, Dimas Danja, and Mohammed Aliyu Abubakar, were captured by officers from the Mararaba ‘A’ Division. Items seized during the operation included a makeshift firearm, a knife, and items believed to be used for criminal purposes. Additionally, a blue Toyota Camry bearing registration number RBC 980 DA was recovered from Abubakar in the New Karu region. The suspects have allegedly confessed to being part of a criminal gang operating in the Mararaba area and its surroundings. The Commissioner of Police, CP Umar Shehu Nadada, has urged the rightful owner of the stolen vehicle to come forward with proof of ownership to claim the recovered vehicle at the New Karu Area Command.
