The Head of Civil Service of the Federation has re-introduced the civil service anthem for workers in the Federal Civil Service.
According to the Head of Service, the anthem aims to encourage civil servants and drive reforms in the service.
The anthem was initially introduced in 2018.
Speaking at a meeting with media executives in Abuja, the Head of Service stressed the need for the civil service to deliver on the renewed hope agenda.
“The office has the federal civil service strategy and implementation 2021-2025, and we are resolved to bring creativity and innovation to accelerate the plan,” said the Head of Service.
“The ongoing reforms require adequate coverage for fast-tracked implementation, ensuring the civil service delivers on the Renewed Hope Agenda.”
“The civil service anthem has been reintroduced to drive the reform, aiming to encourage every public servant to embody efficiency, productivity, integrity, and citizen-centered service,” the Head of Service added.
