The Governor of Edo State, in his outgoing remarks, encouraged the people of the state to support the incoming government that will be led by Monday Okpebholo. He expressed gratitude to the people for their support during his administration and assured them that he remains committed to Edo State even after leaving office.
During a thanksgiving service and the dedication of the renovated Government House Chapel in Benin, he emphasized the importance of unity and cooperation during the transition to the new administration.
He highlighted the significance of the chapel as a symbol of faith and progress for the people of Edo State. The Governor thanked both the people of Edo State and God for their continuous support and provision throughout his tenure.
He acknowledged the partnership and collaboration of the people that contributed to the successful implementation of various projects and initiatives for the development of the state.
