The startup initially launched as a virtual platform in 2021, offering diploma courses in engineering, data, and business analytics. After expanding beyond Nigeria, it now operates in the US, Rwanda, and Kenya. With an established presence in Europe, the startup is set to offer its extensive curriculum covering business, data, engineering, media, and creative fields, along with AI and data analytics modules.

The CEO mentioned that Europe is the startup’s third-largest market, with learners from over 12 European countries. The expansion is expected to contribute to the company’s revenue growth and move towards profitability. AltSchool Africa plans to introduce a hybrid learning model in Malta, combining online and in-person sessions with tutors.
