The Governor of Edo State recently visited the premises of the Edo State Transport Company, Edo Line, with his deputy to assess the abandoned transportation line’s condition. During the inspection, the Governor expressed his intention to revive the company for profitability. He mentioned that the premises had been neglected for years and that his goal was to bring it back to life. The Governor also highlighted his plans to locate and retrieve more than 200 vehicles that belonged to Edo Line, in order to use them for the company’s revival.
