Additionally, the APC sought to remove specific paragraphs from the PDP’s petition, but PDP’s counsel objected, labeling the application as baseless. All preliminary motions will be addressed alongside the final judgment. The tribunal adjourned proceedings for the parties to submit a joint proposal for future hearings, paving the way for further legal actions concerning the challenge to Okpebholo’s election win. INEC had declared Okpebholo the winner with 291,667 votes, surpassing the PDP and Labour Party candidates.
