The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board has issued a strong warning regarding the practice of nighttime registration for the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination by certain registration centers nationwide. In a statement by JAMB’s Public Communication Advisor, concerns were raised about the safety of candidates, urging centers involved to stop such activities immediately.
JAMB appreciates the effort to accommodate more candidates but emphasized that candidate safety should never be compromised. The Board identified ten centers conducting nighttime registration and warned that this announcement serves as a final notice before appropriate action is taken against violators.
JAMB reaffirmed its dedication to fairness and transparency in the registration process, urging all centers to prioritize candidate well-being over financial interests. Any centers found violating registration regulations will face consequences. JAMB will closely monitor the process to maintain integrity, fairness, and equity.
