The well-known music personality, Innocent Idibia, widely recognized as 2Baba, has stirred up social media following the confirmation of his romantic involvement with Edo State legislator, Natasha Osawaru.
This revelation follows closely after his recent divorce from his previous wife, Annie Idibia, with 2Baba expressing his intentions to pursue a deeper relationship with Osawaru.
Rumors surrounding their connection escalated when 2Baba was seen at the Edo State Assembly, and a video emerged showing the pair together at a club in Lagos.
To address the speculations, 2Baba took to Instagram on Tuesday to clarify the situation.
In a video post captioned “To Whom It May Concern. #I have spoken my truth. Feel free to continue speculating. Everything will be alright,” he refuted false claims and defended Osawaru, emphasizing that she was not involved in his separation from Annie.
During the video, he stated, “There have been various false narratives and malicious rumors circulating after my recent post. Yes, I made that post.
“Hon. Natasha has been unfairly dragged, faced unwarranted accusations, and labeled as a marriage disruptor.
“She is a young, brilliant, and incredible woman who had no part in the issues between Annie and me in our marriage.
“Yes, I care for her deeply, she is wonderful, she is amazing, and I intend to marry her.”
