Aiyedatiwa’s leadership lacks direction – Betty Akeredolu

The former First Lady of Ondo State, Betty Anyanwu-Akeredolu, expressed disapproval of the current governor’s leadership, describing it as directionless. In an interview with Star News, she raised concerns about the reappointment of a former finance commissioner who had been previously dismissed during her late husband’s tenure as governor.

Her comments followed the passing of her husband, former Governor Rotimi Akeredolu, after a long illness.

Betty criticized the reliance on spiritual interventions during her late husband’s battle with cancer, expressing regret over certain practices that were believed to be ineffective.

She also commented on national issues, highlighting challenges faced under the current administration.
