Following a recent incident at Toronto airport where a Delta Air Lines plane crash-landed from Minneapolis, Minnesota, the airline has announced a compensation of $30,000 for each passenger aboard the flight. Despite the dramatic nature of the crash, fortunately, all 80 passengers survived, with only 21 sustaining injuries. Emergency services treated passengers for various injuries such as back sprains, head injuries, anxiety, and headaches.
The Transportation Safety Board of Canada, along with the US Federal Aviation Administration, Delta, and Mitsubishi, are conducting an investigation into the crash. The incident adds to a series of recent air accidents in North America, underscoring the importance of aviation safety.
