Ribadu denies 2031 presidential bid, Presidency knocks El-Rufai

In response to accusations from the former governor, the National Security Adviser denied any involvement in causing his troubles, stating his focus on national duties. He urged the public to disregard the allegations as false. The National Security Adviser highlighted his commitment to Nigeria’s progress and the current administration’s success.

Regarding the APC, Imo State Governor expressed that the party operates democratically and inclusively, dismissing claims of being controlled by any individual. He highlighted the diverse representation within the party as evidence of its democratic processes. The Governor emphasized the party’s democratic selection process and electoral successes, asserting their commitment to democratic principles.

The Governor also praised the President’s efforts in improving security, specifically in the South East region, leading to the restoration of relative peace. He noted the positive impact on residents, allowing them to resume normal activities previously disrupted by insecurity.
