Pinheiro, who has made significant contributions to Nigeria’s legal field during his impressive 38-year career, is the founder of the law firm Pinheiro LP. Tinubu praised Pinheiro’s dedication to the legal sector, particularly highlighting his past role as the former Special Assistant to the Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice in Lagos State. Pinheiro’s involvement with the Institute of Chartered Arbitrators of Nigeria and his leadership as Chairman of the Lagos State Law Reform Commission were also recognized by the President.
