The African Union Commission and the African Development Bank Group’s African Leaders for Nutrition initiative, along with the government of Senegal, have introduced a set of regional consultations. These consultations are designed to overhaul nutrition policy, enhance financing, and eradicate malnutrition throughout Africa. The initiative was announced in a statement released by the organizations.
