Bandits in Katsina State have kidnapped and killed the Acting Chairman of the Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria, along with some of his family members. The bandits are now demanding a ransom of N80m for the release of the remaining abducted wife and daughter. The family has been contacted by the bandits and negotiations are ongoing, with the initial demand being N80m but later reduced to N60m. As of now, the family does not have the funds to meet the ransom demands.
