The Borno State Police Command has deployed a significant number of officers, exceeding 3,000, to guarantee safety and security at various locations, especially churches, during the Christmas festivities. A statement from the Police Public Relations Officer highlighted the coordinated show of force patrol that covered key areas like churches and funfair parks, ensuring a smooth and safe celebration. The efforts, led by CP Yusufu Mohammed Lawal, received positive feedback from the Christian community, with members expressing gratitude for the presence of security personnel that provided a sense of peace and security during services.
