A commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction and providing value for money in all business operations by 2025 was made by Coscharis Group.
This commitment was reached during a two-day strategy retreat in Lagos, where the Board of Directors discussed plans for the group’s diverse sectors, including Agro-Allied, Information Technology, Health, Beverages, Logistics/Leasing, Automotive, Property, and Chemicals and Allied.
During the retreat, Dr. Cosmas Maduka, Chairman of Coscharis Group, stressed the importance of surpassing customer expectations in today’s competitive business environment.
Maduka emphasized the need to not only attract new customers but also retain them by consistently delivering on the promise of providing value for money.
The retreat aimed to align the group’s vision with its brand promise of delivering exceptional customer experiences, featuring lectures from scholars and business experts to the senior executives of the group.
The experts and academics included a marketing professor from Lagos Business School, a change leadership consultant, and an economist from Lagos Business School.
Furthermore, Fred Amobi, Deputy Group Managing Director of the company, encouraged managing directors of various divisions to ensure successful execution of the discussed strategies.
“Strategy without execution holds no value. It is crucial to communicate these strategic goals to your teams, ensuring alignment and focus for our collective success. Empowering team members to take ownership of their responsibilities is vital for effective teamwork,” he remarked.
