Ogun State Governor and Chairman of the Southern Governors’ Forum expressed his condolences to the governor and people of Ondo State following the passing of the Secretary to the State Government, Tayo Oluwatuyi. Reports indicated that Oluwatuyi passed away at a hospital in the state due to injuries sustained in an accident while traveling from Akure to Ibadan. In a statement released by the governor’s Chief Press Secretary, the Governor described Oluwatuyi as a dedicated public servant and professional whose contributions to Ondo State were remarkable. The Governor extended sympathies to Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa and the people of Ondo State, acknowledging Oluwatuyi’s significant role in government. He highlighted Oluwatuyi’s virtues and urged his family and colleagues to find solace in his legacy of service. The Governor concluded by praying for the repose of Oluwatuyi’s soul and strength for his family during this difficult time.
