This achievement marks the film as the second Nollywood production to reach this impressive mark within the last year. ‘Everybody Loves Jenifa’ managed to accumulate a total of ₦1,034,091,220, setting a new record as the fastest Nollywood title to achieve the N1 billion milestone in only 19 days.
The movie’s success continued as it dominated the December box office, contributing to 40% of the total revenue and attracting 202,604 viewers. The actress expressed her gratitude to her fans for their support, acknowledging their role in the film’s success. She also mentioned her excitement for the future and encouraged viewers to keep watching the movie in cinemas nationwide.
Interestingly, ‘Everybody Loves Jenifa’ has not only impressed audiences in Nigeria but has also made an impact internationally. Within just eight days of its international release, the film has earned around $194,560 (approximately N300 million) in various countries outside Africa, including the UK, US, Canada, and other regions.
