The government in Kwara State has instructed pensioners to register with the Kwara State Residents Registration Agency at their local government offices to update their information and become eligible for outstanding gratuity payments. This directive was emphasized in a statement from the Ministry of Finance, stressing the significance of the registration for data accuracy and future planning purposes. The registration process is essential for pensioners to qualify for gratuity payments dating back to 2011. Additionally, the government will soon begin another round of gratuity payments, pending registration with the KWSRRA. It is advised that pensioners and government employees complete their registration promptly to ensure timely payments and enhance the efficiency of government data.
