The Lagos State University has introduced a new application called “LASU Talkspace” for conducting online conferences, meetings, and seminars. Developed by the university’s Directorate of Information and Communication Technology, the platform aims to offer a secure alternative to popular virtual meeting tools. The app has been approved by the Vice-Chancellor and is now accessible to both the university community and the public. University staff can use the platform for free with their official email addresses, while the general public can subscribe to the service for a fee. The introduction of LASU Talkspace highlights the university’s dedication to leveraging technology for a more connected and collaborative environment.
