The Head of Marketing at PZ Wilmar, Chioma Mbanugo, emphasized this message during the 5th annual August Meeting event held on August 30, 2024.
The event focused on the theme “Nourish to Flourish: Elevating Health and Wealth”, celebrating women’s contributions to society and their resilience. Mbanugo highlighted Mamador’s commitment to women’s well-being, emphasizing the importance of health alongside wealth-building.
She stated, “Health is Wealth,” emphasizing the significance of prioritizing health while striving for financial success. The event aimed to honor Nigerian women for their dedication, resilience, and pursuit of success despite challenges.
Various speakers shared insights on topics such as parenting in the current generation, healthy food choices, fitness, wealth management, and entrepreneurship. They underscored the importance of self-care, healthy living, financial literacy, and business acumen for women’s holistic well-being.
Notable figures like Sandra Oluwadare, Egemba Chinonso (Aproko Doctor), Kaffy Shafau, Sola Adesakin, Tomie Balogun, and Ngozi Nwosu shared valuable insights to empower women in various aspects of their lives.
The event also featured an elevator pitch competition for women entrepreneurs, with Vennile Pads emerging as the winner. Cash grants were awarded to the winners to support their business endeavors.
