Mrs Chinwe Ukuku, the business owner and Chief Servant of Quick Fixed Empire, emphasized the need for the government to create a conducive environment for businesses to thrive and remain profitable, especially in light of the new minimum wage requirements. During the opening ceremony of Quick Fixed Empire in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, she stressed that while paying the minimum wage is important, the real challenge lies in business growth and financial stability.
Ukuku highlighted the significance of governmental support in providing an enabling atmosphere for businesses to flourish and manage their finances effectively. She expressed her commitment to surpassing the minimum wage standards and maintaining job security within her businesses. Ukuku also emphasized the importance of job creation and welfare packages for employees.
