Leicester City’s midfielder, Wilfred Ndidi, is reportedly considering a move to Turkish club Galatasaray if his team faces relegation from the Premier League. The 28-year-old Nigerian player is at a crucial point in his career as Leicester City struggles in the league, currently sitting in 19th place with only 17 points after a recent 3-0 loss to Manchester United. Ndidi, a key figure for the team, has made 20 appearances this season, contributing four assists. Despite being linked with other clubs in the past, including Atletico Madrid and Real Betis, Ndidi has been a loyal player for Leicester, winning the FA Cup in 2021 and participating in 208 Premier League matches. However, the possibility of relegation has raised speculations about his future at the club. If Ndidi decides to leave, he won’t be the only one, as other players like Mads Hermansen and Bilal El Khannouss have also been linked with potential exits. A move to Galatasaray could provide Ndidi with a fresh start and the opportunity to compete at a higher level, which might be challenging to achieve at Leicester City considering their current struggles.
