Nigerians have never cried this way, ex-Benue CJ’s widow tells Tinubu

The leader of Faith Women Fellowship Ministry International, Pastor Lydia Idoko, has urged President Bola Tinubu to ensure that his economic reforms are considerate of the people’s well-being. Speaking at a women’s conference in Makurdi, Pastor Idoko expressed concern over the current hardships faced by Nigerians and advised leaders to seek divine guidance in their decision-making.

She emphasized the importance of leaders empathizing with the masses and considering the impact of their policies on ordinary citizens. Pastor Idoko urged those in positions of power to prioritize the needs of the less privileged and not to be driven by selfish motives.

Highlighting the significance of faith during challenging times, Pastor Idoko encouraged women to remain steadfast in their belief that God will intervene and urged for spiritual unity through prayer for the nation. The essence of the conference was to inspire confidence in God’s faithfulness despite the prevailing difficulties in the country.
