Osimhen tops Arsenal’s January wishlist

Arsenal is showing interest in Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen, alongside other top clubs. The player, currently on loan at Galatasaray, has been in impressive form this season. While his release clause drops next summer, any January move would come at a higher cost. Despite growing interest, Galatasaray is adamant about keeping Osimhen until the end of the season.

Osimhen recently declined a potential move to Manchester United, leading to a strong statement from Napoli’s president. His current contract with Napoli extends until 2026, with an option for 2027. His performances have attracted attention from various clubs, but Galatasaray is determined to keep hold of him for the season.

Former Galatasaray coach expressed doubts about the Turkish club’s ability to secure a permanent deal for Osimhen due to financial constraints. PSG and Liverpool are also eyeing the striker for potential transfers. Osimhen, however, has reiterated his commitment to Galatasaray for the season despite receiving multiple offers in January.
