The Katsina State Police Command recently made significant arrests related to a tragic incident involving the kidnapping and murder of a 12-year-old boy in Dankama, Kaita Local Government Area. The suspects were apprehended following thorough investigations conducted by the Anti-Kidnapping Unit.
Additionally, the police uncovered a group of suspected fraudsters circulating counterfeit currency notes. The arrests were made after one individual was caught attempting to exchange fake foreign currency for naira. This led to the discovery of a syndicate involved in the illegal activity.
Furthermore, a suspected thief was apprehended by the Katsina State Governor’s convoy while attempting to vandalize vehicles at the Katsina Teaching Hospital. The thief was caught in the act and found in possession of stolen money and other items.
All the suspects will face legal proceedings once investigations are completed. The police are dedicated to ensuring justice is served in these cases.
