The Ekiti State Command has apprehended two individuals in connection with the tragic death of a 14-year-old girl, Faith Moses, in Emure Ekiti. The suspects allegedly attempted to assault the girl, but when she resisted, they fatally attacked her on a farm. The arrested suspects, Bashir Alaba and Mohammad Jamiu, were found near the crime scene with weapons believed to have been used in the crime. The police are currently investigating the matter.
According to reports, the incident occurred when Faith Moses was sent by her father to check a trap on their farm. Accompanied by her younger brother, the siblings were confronted by two men who threatened the girl. Despite resisting their advances, Faith was brutally attacked, resulting in her tragic death. The police acted swiftly upon receiving the report, arresting the suspects at the scene of the crime.
