The Governor of Lagos State is set to introduce 10 new ferries to improve transportation and support the state’s economic growth. The announcement was made by the Commissioner for Information and Strategy during a recent event in Lagos. With these additional ferries, the total number of ferries introduced by the governor will reach 25. These ferries, designed by local engineers, are of high quality and serve as a testament to Nigeria’s capabilities.
The commissioner also commended the media for providing valuable feedback to the citizens and government. Plans are underway to enhance tourism in the state, particularly during the festive season, with initiatives to make ‘Detty December’ even more vibrant.
