Tantita targets 2mbpd oil production milestone by December, says Tompolo

A private oil pipeline surveillance firm in Nigeria, Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited, has set a goal to elevate the country’s crude oil production from 1.8 million barrels per day to 2 million barrels per day by the end of the year.

The determination to achieve this target was expressed by the founder of Tantita, Government Ekpemupolo, also known as Tompolo, through his Special Adviser on Media and Public Communication, Dr. Paul Bebenimibo, during a statement in Warri, Delta State.

Tantita acknowledged the collaborative efforts of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation Limited, security forces, and itself in reaching the current production milestone of 1.8 million barrels per day.

Tompolo emphasized the significance of reaching the 2 million barrels per day production level in boosting government revenue and improving the country’s operations.

The company is employing advanced technologies to monitor oil facilities effectively and prevent theft, demonstrating its commitment to protecting oil pipelines and increasing production levels.

Recent reports revealed an increase in Nigeria’s crude oil production to 1.8 million barrels per day, along with a rise in gas production to 7.4 billion standard cubic feet per day, as acknowledged by NNPCL’s Group Chief Executive Officer.

Tantita Security Services has been actively combating crude oil theft and pipeline vandalism, leading to a decrease in illegal activities in the Niger Delta’s coastal regions.
