Turkey has accused Israel of attempting to expand the conflict in Gaza to Lebanon through a series of deadly explosions in Hezbollah strongholds. The foreign minister expressed concern over the escalating situation, noting Israel’s perceived progression towards Lebanon. The explosions resulted in numerous casualties, including children, and injuries. Israel has not officially commented on the incidents, but there are indications of a shifting focus northward. Turkey held Israel responsible for the blasts, citing provocative actions leading to responses from Iran, Hezbollah, and their affiliates. Hezbollah, aligned with Hamas, has been involved in clashes with Israel along the northern border. Turkish President Erdogan reached out to Lebanon’s Prime Minister to offer condolences.
