What people don’t know about me – Skales

A musician known as Skales, whose real name is Raoul Nkeng-Njeng, shared his gratitude for the support he receives from his fans.

During an interview, Skales expressed his joy in creating music, stating, “I find happiness in doing what I am passionate about—making music. It warms my heart to see the love from my fans.”

The artist, who recently dropped a successful single, mentioned that his music aims to uplift people’s spirits. “I wanted to create music that brings joy and uplifts people,” he explained.

Recalling a recent incident at the airport when his flight got canceled due to the pilot falling ill, Skales shared his disappointment, saying, “I was disappointed like everyone else. I had important plans, so it was disheartening not to receive proper customer care. This is a common issue with some Nigerian brands—poor customer service and a lack of responsibility.”

In a more personal note, Skales revealed, “I am a vegetarian and the only child of my parents,” when asked about lesser-known aspects of his life.

Regarding his fashion sense, Skales emphasized the importance of comfort and self-expression. “I wear whatever makes me feel good and liberated,” he added.
