A tragic incident occurred when an overloaded migrant boat destined for Britain sank in the Channel off the coast of France, resulting in the loss of a baby’s life. French maritime authorities reported that the accident took place near the French town of Wissant, with 65 individuals rescued, but unfortunately, a baby was found unconscious and did not survive.
