Nigerian actress and comedian Wofai Fada happily shared the news of her baby girl’s arrival with her husband, Taiwo Cole, on Instagram. The actress, who had faced challenges from her husband’s family due to their relationship, posted pictures of the baby, receiving warm wishes from her friends and followers.
Fada expressed her gratitude to God for the “precious gift” and revealed the baby’s name as Ifedayo Konaghai Cole, describing the moment as joyful and complete. The couple had a legal wedding ceremony at the Ikoyi Registry in Lagos State on October 27, 2024, after a traditional wedding in Calabar, Cross River, which had stirred some controversy.
Following the registry wedding, there was a public statement from Taiwo’s family disassociating themselves from the union. Despite this, Fada’s well-wishers, including media personality Mo Abudu and actress Nancy Isime, congratulated her on the baby’s arrival.
