A social activist, Mr. Osita Obi, praised the Anambra State Governor, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo, for introducing the state’s new security outfit, “Operation Udo-ga-chi.” During a media briefing in Awka, Obi urged opposition groups and governorship hopefuls to contribute to the Anambra State security fund instead of criticizing. He emphasized the importance of supporting the governor’s efforts to address insecurity and develop the state, urging critics to express their opinions respectfully.
Obi shared a personal experience of being a victim of insecurity, highlighting the significance of addressing such issues. He commended the governor for taking action, emphasizing the need for a comprehensive security approach involving intelligence gathering and technological solutions. After observing Soludo’s development projects across the state, Obi expressed admiration for the governor’s initiatives in areas previously neglected by past administrations.
Encouraging continued support for Soludo’s work, especially in transforming communities like Okpoko, Obi emphasized the need to allow the governor to complete his projects and move Anambra State forward without undue interference.
