NDLEA arrests ex-convict for importing N4.6bn cocaine

Law enforcement agents have once again apprehended a 48-year-old businessman for drug-related offenses. The individual was initially arrested at an airport for carrying cocaine inside his body and was subsequently convicted and fined. Despite this, he was caught again 16 months later with a significant amount of cocaine worth billions of Naira.

Upon his latest arrest, the suspect was found with a large quantity of cocaine concealed in his luggage. It was discovered that he is a key player in a drug cartel spanning various countries in Africa and South America.

The authorities have emphasized the elaborate measures taken by the suspect to avoid detection, including attempting to deceive law enforcement officers.
