PANDEF commiserates with Akwa Ibom gov over wife’s death

The Pan Niger Delta Forum expressed condolences to the people of Akwa Ibom State on the passing of the First Lady of the State, Patience Umo Eno, wife of the Governor. Mrs. Eno passed away on September 26, 2024, at the age of 57. In a statement released by PANDEF, they expressed deep sadness at her demise, emphasizing the loss to her family, the state, and the nation.

The Forum praised Mrs. Eno for embodying qualities of kindness, humility, integrity, loyalty, and service to humanity. They highlighted her role as a wife, mother, and philanthropist, noting her commitment to improving the lives of the less privileged through her project, “Golden Initiative For All” (GIFA).
