The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Ltd, in collaboration with stakeholders, has increased crude oil production to 1.8 million barrels per day, which is expected to boost revenue for the Federal Government. This achievement was announced during a meeting at the NNPC Headquarters in Abuja. The company has also increased gas production to power infrastructure, reflecting dedication from its teams.
The company aims to further increase production to 2 million barrels per day by the end of the year. With active collaboration and engagement, NNPC has seen significant progress in surpassing production targets. The Minister of Petroleum praised the company for its achievements and expressed confidence in reaching and exceeding the set targets.
The NNPC Board Chairman emphasized the need for continuous efforts to exceed expectations and achieve even greater milestones in the future. The company is committed to delivering value and meeting its production goals with the support of all stakeholders.
