Rutte, the former Dutch prime minister, highlighted the collaboration between North Korea, Iran, China, and Russia against Ukraine, with Russia providing technology to North Korea, posing a threat to the US and Europe. Rutte expressed eagerness to meet with Trump to discuss tackling these shared threats.
