In a recent ceremony held at the Executive Chamber of the Government House in Jalingo, Taraba, the Governor appointed Josiah Kente as the Special Adviser on Political Matters, alongside 16 new Permanent Secretaries. During the event, the Governor emphasized the significance of integrity, professionalism, and dedication in public service, urging the appointees to prioritize serving the state diligently.

In response, Kente, a former speaker of the Taraba House of Assembly, expressed gratitude for the appointment on behalf of the appointees.
