The Ogun State Community, Social Orientation and Safety Corps, known as So-Safe Corps, apprehended two individuals for stealing generator engine parts at the Idiroko border area in Ipokia Local Government Area of the state. The suspects, 18-year-old Abdullahi Idowu and 17-year-old Samson Ojo, were caught during a joint patrol. They were found with stolen generator parts in their possession. Idowu, who is an ex-convict, confessed to the theft and admitted to previous criminal activities. The stolen parts were identified as belonging to a customs office, and additional parts were found nearby. The suspects and recovered items have been handed over to the Nigeria Customs Service for further investigation.
