The National Coordinator, Hussein Ejibunu, emphasized the difficulty posed by the lack of manpower. Despite obstacles, the team focuses on intelligence-based operations to combat smuggling activities. Ejibunu highlighted recent seizures of petrol and vehicles used for smuggling in Lagos and Ogun States. He also mentioned the interception of a fuel station dispensing fuel unlawfully, which has been reported for appropriate action by the authorities.
