The Nigeria Customs Service, Operation Whirlwind Zone A, faces challenges in addressing petrol smuggling due to the insecurity in Borno State. The National Coordinator, Hussein Ejibunu, emphasized the difficulty posed by the lack of manpower. Despite obstacles, the team focuses on intelligence-based operations to combat smuggling activities.
